Ian brings 25 years of experience in the private wealth management industry. He joined Lockwood Gibb & Associates from Citigroup Private Bank, where he was the Global Market Manager for Northern Europe. He spent 17 years with Prudential-Bache Securities Inc., latterly as President of the International Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for approximately 1000 employees, including branch and broker dealer operations in Asia Pacific (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia), Europe and Latin America. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics. Ian speaks German, French and English.

Curtis has been in the private banking business and in executive search for over 30 years. His particular skills are in building businesses and identifying and placing key talent. Prior to founding LGA, Curtis built The Consulting Group, a globally specialist search firm in private banking. He also held senior positions at Prudential Securities and Shearson, Loeb, Rhodes, Inc.

Michaela has over eight years of experience in the private wealth management industry. Before joining LGA in April 2005, she worked as a private banker at Citigroup Private Bank in New York focusing on Northern European ultra-high net worth individuals. She joined Citigroup from JPMorgan Private Bank in July 2000. She was educated in Europe and the US and has a degree in Business Management from the Stern School of Business, New York. Michaela speaks English and German.

Sarah has over eight years experience in executive search specializing in asset management in the UK and Europe. She has also worked on senior wealth management searches in Europe and North America.  Prior to this, Sarah worked for AEGON Asset Management in a strategic planning role in their Edinburgh office for over five years.  She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in Italian, and speaks fluent Italian, French, and English
