Ian has 25 years experience of the private wealth management industry and is Managing Partner of the London practice of Lockwood Gibb Associates.
He joined from Citigroup Private Bank where he was the Global Market Manager for Northern Europe. Prior to that Ian spent 17 years with Prudential-Bache Securities latterly as President of the International Division with responsibility for operations in Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America.
During his career in executive search, Ian has lead-managed mandates at the most senior level across Europe, Asia, the US and Latin America for some of the most prestigious global financial institutions. He holds a degree from the London School of Economics and speaks French and German.
Michaela has over 13 years of experience of the private wealth management industry and is a Partner in the London practice.
Prior to joining Lockwood Gibb in 2005 she was a private banker responsible for Northern European high net worth individuals with both Citigroup and JP Morgan Private Bank in New York.
Michaela has worked on and lead-managed a wide range of senior level searches within the private wealth and investment management sectors. She has hired both individuals and teams for the world's leading asset managers and global financial institutions across EMEA and Latin America.
Michaela holds a degree in Business Management from the Stern School of Business, New York and speaks German, English and conversational French.
Curtis has over 30 years experience of the private banking business and executive search. He is the founder of Lockwood Gibb Associates and the Managing Partner of the US practice.
Prior to founding LGA, Curtis built The Consulting Group, a specialist global private banking search firm. He has also held senior positions within Prudential Securities and Shearson, Loeb, Rhodes Inc.
